Procibus - Tecnologie S.r.l., with registered office at Via Sant' Antonio, 15 - 36030 Fara Vicentino (VI), P.IVA 04151610245 (later, "Procibus"), as the data controller, informs you pursuant to the art. 13 D.Lgs. 30.06.2003 n. 196 (later, "Privacy Code") and the art. 13 UE Regulation n. 2016/679- (later, "GDPR) that Your data will be processed with the following methods and purposes:

1. Object of the treatment

When you seal a contract with Procibus, Procibus will treat Your comunicated personal and identificative data (for example, name, surname, registered office, address, telephone number, e-mail, bank and payment references - later ("personal data" or even "data")

2. Purposes of the treatment

Your personal data are treated without Your personal agreement (art. 24 let. a), b), c), Privacy Code and art. 6 let. b), e) GDPR), for the following servicing purposes:

- Seal contracts for Procibus services;

- Fulfill precontractual, contractual and financial obligations, arising from the existing relationship with her;

- Fulfill law, regulamentation, community legislation or order of autority obligations (such as in the field of anti-money laundering);

- Exercise the rights of Procibus, such as the right of defense in court.

3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is realized by using the operations listed at the art. 4 Privacy Code, and in the art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: purchasing, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, using, interconnection, blocking, comunication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data is submitted to both paper and electronic/automated processing. Procibus will treat your personal data for the time for fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case no later than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes of the service.

4. Data access

Your data may be made accesible for the purposes referred to in Art. 2:

- To Procibus employees and colaborators, in their quality of internal in charge and/or responsible of the treatment and/or system administratos;

- To third-party companies or other subjects (such as credit institutes, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) that carries out activities of outsourcing on behalf of Procibus, in charge of external responables of the treatment.

5. Data communication

Without the necessity of an expressed agreement (ex art. 24 let. a), b), c) of the Privacy Code and art. 6 let. b) and c) of GDPR), Procibus may be communicate Your data for the purposes to in art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), juditial authorities, to insurance companies for the provision of insurance services as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes. Those subject will the data in their quality of autonomous holders of the treatmnet. Your data won't be diffused.

6. Safety

The data is guarded and controlled by the adoption of suitable preventive safety measures. Aimed at minimizing at minimum the risks of lost and distribution, the unauthorized access, the unallowed treatment and non-compliant from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.

7. Data transfer

The management and conservations of the personal data will be performed into the European Union territory.

8. Owner's rights

In your capacity as an interested party, you own the right referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

i. Obtein the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that regards you, even if not currently registered, and the communication in an intelligible form;

ii. Obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and the methods of treatment; c) of the applied logic in case os treatment processing by using electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, of the responsables and of the designated representant referred to in art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art.3 paragraph 1, GPDR; e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjets to whom the personal data may be communicated or that they can come to know as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of responsables or in charge;

iii. Obtain: a) the update, the rectification that is to say the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonimous form or the block of the registered data treated by violing the terms of law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even of those to whom the data have been communicated or dffused, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

iv. Oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in art. 16-21 GDPR (ri ght of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority.

10. Owner, responsible and in-charge

The owner of the treatment is Procibus - Tecnologie s.r.l., the updated list of the responsibles and of the in-charge of processing, is guarded and is available for consultation at the headquarters of the owner of the treatment.
